What types of products do you offer?
At The Nonsense Nook, we offer a diverse selection of handmade and laser-cut products, including bold earrings, custom shirts, keychains, bookmarks, stickers, and laser-engraved tumblers designed to showcase individuality.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse through our online store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details securely.
What is your return policy?
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your spooky-cute goods. If something’s off, here’s how we make it right.
1) Return window

14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Request after 14 days? We’ll still review for defects/damage, but standard returns may be declined.
2) What’s returnable

Unused, unwashed items in original condition & packaging (totes, tees, hoodies, accessories).

Include your order number and photos (if there’s an issue).
3) What’s not returnable

Custom/personalized items (names, colors, sizing tweaks), unless defective or we made a mistake.

Digital files (SVG/PNG), all sales final.

Sale/clearance items marked “final sale.”

Items damaged by improper care (e.g., hot ironing directly on print, bleach, dryer scorch).
4) Defects, damage, or wrong item

Notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue & packaging.

We will replace or refund (your choice) and cover return shipping when it’s our fault.
5) Exchanges (size/color)

One-time exchange when stock allows.

You cover return shipping; we cover the new outbound shipment.

If the item is out of stock, we can issue store credit or a refund.
6) How to start a return

Email us (or DM on socials) with subject “Return Request + Order #”.

Tell us what’s up & attach photos (if applicable).

We’ll send approval & instructions. For approved defects/our error, we’ll provide a prepaid label. For preference-based returns, customer pays return shipping.
Tip: Use a trackable service. We can’t refund items that don’t make it back to our haunted mailbox. đź‘»
7) Refund timing

Once your return is received & inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error/defect.
8) Address oopsies & unclaimed packages

Orders returned to us due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses can be reshipped (additional postage applies) or refunded minus shipping.
9) International orders

Duties/taxes are set by your country and aren’t refundable. Returns are accepted (see above), but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we erred.
10) Handmade & color disclaimer

Each item is made to order. Small variations in placement/scale or color differences (screens vs. real life) are normal and not considered defects—just a dash of Nonsense Nook magic.
